Protótipo no celular fica recarregando durante teste com usuários

Olá, Sempre que uso o Figma no celular para testar fluxos com os usuários, o protótipo fica recarregando e atrapalha o andamento do teste.

Tenho um celular android Miui 14 da xiaomi, alguém sabe como resolver?

It looks like you’re experiencing a loading issue with Android. If you’re testing in a browser, could you check if the environment is supported? You can also try accessing the prototype in Incognito mode to see if it loads properly:
