Proportional Fill

How to keep the fill gradients and images proportions when copy pasting (or using from the library) across multiple frames with different aspect ratios?
For example at the moment when I try to use the same radial gradient it gets stretched and I have to adjust manually, this is a bit of a pain when I have multiple gradients and images.

Does a solution already exist?
