I am the admin on my team’s account, and my dashboard is showing that the account is free, and I am no longer able to access any of the files, see the team, or access the admin panel. My team, however, are still able to access the files, and they still see the 7MC team that I created.
The chat bot keeps telling me that support tickets are handled Monday-Friday. However, I submitted my support ticket two days ago and no one has responded. I have a few urgent things that need to be done, and this is starting to impact the business. I need it resolved quickly.
