Professional account displaying as free. Unable to access team files.

I am the admin on my team’s account, and my dashboard is showing that the account is free, and I am no longer able to access any of the files, see the team, or access the admin panel. My team, however, are still able to access the files, and they still see the 7MC team that I created.

The chat bot keeps telling me that support tickets are handled Monday-Friday. However, I submitted my support ticket two days ago and no one has responded. I have a few urgent things that need to be done, and this is starting to impact the business. I need it resolved quickly.

Hey ​@Lacy Wilson , sorry to hear you're dealing with this, especially with urgent business needs on the line!

This sounds like it could be a permissions or account sync issue since your team can still access the files but you can't. A couple of quick things to try in the meantime:

  • Log out and log back in to refresh your account permissions, and please make sure you log with the right account.
  • Try accessing Figma via a different browser or incognito window to see if that helps

Hi Celine, 

I have logged out and back in multiple times, on different browsers and different devices. And I have restarted everything several times, just to confirm. None of these have produced a different result. 

I appreciate your response, and you flagging the ticket.
