Problems with Figma Make

ello, I'm just learning Figma Make and I'm having problems with the prototype. The interactive Figma Make prototype sometimes opens, sometimes not. My colleagues have no problem opening it. But for me, the loader just keeps spinning. What could be the problem?

Since the prototype opens for your colleagues but not consistently for you, and the loader keeps spinning, this sounds more like an environment or network-related issue rather than a problem with the file itself.

Here are a few things to try first:

  • Check your internet connection: if you’re on Wi-Fi, switching networks or trying a wired connection can help
  • Refresh the page and try opening the prototype again 
  • Try a different browser (we recommend the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
  • Temporarily disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy-related ones, then reload Figma Make
  • If you’re using a VPN, proxy, or company network, try turning it off or switching networks to see if that helps

If the issue continues after trying these steps, the next best move is to have our support team take a closer look at your setup. They can help review logs and pinpoint what’s blocking the load on your side.
