Problem with Opening Figma File

Hello, Figma Support Team,

I am writing to inform you that the same issue you previously resolved has occurred again.
I have sent the file to the Fingma Support team via email to resolve the issue.

There are two issues. (File names: First issue.zip, Second issue.zip)

Please assist in resolving this problem.

I can’t see your support ticket in the backend with your address mail sxxxxa@hxxxxo.com.
Please make sure to use your Figma email account, and submit a bug report here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001744374 
In the form, please explain the issue and the steps you have done when you encounter the issue, and share the URL of the affected files. This will help our support team to have a look into this. (Please also let me know when you have submitted the bug report .)
