Yesterday you made the floating panels fixed on the edges and I got this problem. Over two of the three accounts on my device, they are still floating with bars under a future update. You may want to include making them fixed for all at once rather than 10 October. I won’t be able to work in this interface for another 8 days.
P.S.: Clearing the cache and restarting the desktop app didn’t help
