Price field disabled when publishing a paid plugin — Malaysia, individual account

I've finished a plugin and I'm ready to publish it as paid, but the Price field on the
final publish screen is disabled and cannot be clicked.

1. I'm publishing as an individual creator (Taisui Labs), not a team or organization.
2. The file is in my personal Drafts, not in a team folder.
3. Plugin ID: 1675716590491497495. Plan: Starter (free). Country: Malaysia.
4. Malaysia is listed in Figma's supported creator payout countries.

I'm aware of the pause on new paid sellers, but Tom Reem clarified on 3 August 2026 in
this forum that it applies to paid files only: "The pause on new sellers applies to paid
files. Selling plugins is open — the only requirement is being able to set up a Stripe
account in a Stripe-supported country."

In that same thread, Platform Support completed the setup for the creator by email.
Could you do the same for my account so I can set a price?

I understand that the Price field is currently disabled while you’re trying to publish your paid plugin.

To sell a paid plugin on the Figma Community, you’ll first need to connect and activate your Stripe account. From your Community profile, select the ••• (More actions) menu, open Monetization insights, and follow the steps to set up Stripe. Once your Stripe account is active, the Price field should become available so you can continue with your submission.

For anyone else who comes across this thread, please note that you must reside in a country supported by Stripe to sell paid resources on the Figma Community.
