Presentation view is not working well

Is is happening on browser, desktop app or both?
In order to troubleshoot, can you try these following steps:

• Check to see if the prototype is rendered correctly in other browsers?
• Visit this site https://get.webgl.org/ and confirm if you see the spinning cube? If not, please follow the troubleshooting instructions on the page
• Can you make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date on their corresponding sites?
• Can you also try clearing your cache on both the browser and desktop app see if that helps (instructions below)?

Here’s how to clear the desktop app cache on Windows:

1. Close the Figma desktop app
2. Open the Start menu, and paste in this, followed by enter: %APPDATA%\Figma
3. In the window that opens, delete the Desktop and DesktopProfile folders if they exist
4. Launch the desktop app again

On Mac, use the Terminal app to clear the cache.

1. Quit the Figma desktop app.
2. Open the Terminal.app and enter the following command: rm -rf "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma/"{Desktop,DesktopProfile}
3. Try opening the Figma desktop app again.
