Hi, I submitted my Figma plugin "Flaude" for community review over a week ago and it's still showing as under review. I haven't received any feedback or status updates.

Could you let me know:

 1. What the typical review timeline is for new plugins?

 2. Whether there's anything I need to fix or update on my submission?

Happy to provide any additional information needed to move the review forward.

Thanks!

Hi @Nina9123, thanks for reaching out!

Our Community moderation team’s goal is to be thoughtful and reasonably prompt in their review process. Approval times vary depending on current volume and the team’s availability. They will typically contact you via your Figma account email to notify you of the decision. And if the plugin has been rejected, they'll send you an email with their determination. From there, you can submit your plugin again for review after addressing any feedback.

That said, I took a look at the email address associated with your forum account, and it is not the email listed associated with Flaude, but our team did reply to the account that submitted the Flaude plugin last Tuesday. They are waiting for a reply in order to proceed with the plugin review.

Hey @djv, Thanks a lot for the prompt reply, really appreciate it.

Yes, I uploaded the plugin from the “flaude” account. The email associated with that account is [redacted by moderator to remove personal information], and that’s the email used for the submission as well. However, we haven’t received any communication there so far (no emails).

Could you please double-check on your end?

Thanks again!

Hi @djv,

I’m writing to follow up regarding the review. I replied to your colleague’s email with the requested information, but I haven’t yet received a response. I just wanted to make sure my reply was successfully delivered.

If you don’t mind, could you please help me double-check?

I understand things can get busy, and I truly appreciate your time and assistance.

Hi @Nina9123, thanks for following up!

I was out of the office last Friday through yesterday, 2/16 for the President’s Day holiday. I can confirm that the team has received your reply listing the MCP tools used, but the team was also out of the office for the holiday yesterday.

To be completely transparent, these do tend to take longer for approval, because our engineering team has their own approval process separate from the Community team. We’ve escalated this on your behalf though, so the engineering team should report back to the Community team soon for final approval.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hi @djv,

Hope you're doing well! Just checking in on the Flaude plugin review, it's been about a week since the escalation to the engineering team. Any updates on their end?

No rush at all, just want to stay in the loop. Thanks as always for your help!
