Hello,

I am facing an issue with a billing notification. I keep seeing this message: 'Please pay your invoice before your team is locked and your subscription is downgraded.'

I have already cancelled my subscription, but this notification is still appearing. Could you please help me remove it?

I completely understand how frustrating this must be. How did you process your cancellation? Did you receive a confirmation email? And how many days has it beensince you cancelled?

This notification usually only appears, if you still have an unpaid invoice on your account. If the cancellation wasn’t confirm, please let me know, and I can help get you connected with our support team.

My expiration date was January 26, 2026. However, due to some unavoidable circumstances, I was not able to cancel until January 28, 2026. I only intended to subscribe for one month to test the service. Currently, the system shows that I have an outstanding invoice. Please note that my intention was only to purchase a one-month subscription, not to renew.
