I teach an UiUx course in a spanish university and We are unable to validate a few accounts. 
please need some help

Thanks a lot for your quick reply, truly apreciate it. 
The education team did contact me last thursday but they could not solve the problem, just sent me a link to Sheer Id. 
Which did not help.

I sent a list with the students accounts to Maya Walton but didnt get an answer from on friday 

We are truly worried as some students are get the message that they have reached out the máximum attemps permited/allowed 

Once again Tom, Thanks a lot, but would like to know what to do next.

I feel somewhat abandoned after many emails, both with the help of Figma and Sheerid, I don't receive a solution. Yes, I receive a first answer but when I raise the problem I no longer get help. Thank you very much for your understanding and your time Cordial greetings

Thank you so much for the update.
The interest you're showing is truly appreciated.
I've written to Sheer ID again, but they tell me they can't access individual information or check the individual student processes. This is a task that Figma must handle.
I greatly appreciate your effort and patience in this case. But it's somewhat frustrating and difficult to explain how, out of almost 40 students, only a few have been unable to verify their account (first getting an error respond from the form, and then the “you have reached out the maximum attemtps allowed” message), following the same steps and meeting the same requirements as the rest of their classmates.
I look forward to further news or some guidance on the steps to follow.

Hey ​@Ignacio Cañellas — just touching base to let you know the Figma for Education team is still reviewing your case. I appreciate your patience, and they’ll reach out directly with any updates as soon as possible.


One more quick update for you, ​@Ignacio Cañellas — I just checked in with the Figma for Education team, and they’ve reset the accounts for anyone on your list who hadn’t yet completed verification. From here, those students should be able to finish validating their status directly through SheerID.

Hello there Tom!

Great news, thanks a lot for your time.

I just checked out the list and apparently there’s an id missing, when we sent the list it was about three weeks ago and not all of the students were aware of the need for the verification.

Just sent an email to Maya, the support team, and to you with the student’s id.

But lately it’s been imposible to comunicate via e-mail as they tend to not reply. 

Should I send paste the student’s account here? 

Just let me know…
