The official documentation states:
This action will permanently delete the file for all collaborators and cannot be undone.

but also
Figma may temporarily retain data after a file has been deleted forever in connection with Figma’s standard processes for data deletion and as required by law.

You can try to request, that they restore the lost file, but I wouldn’t be too optimistic, as they specify that they may retain files for legal concerns.

Before I delete, I export draft as pdf file. I had tried to import it to Figma, but got wrong frames which means these frames are useless.
What should I do i have pdf file now?
