As described on the title. The pixel numbers going down the Y ruler don’t align with the pixels on the artboard as shown in the image. This is causing all sorts of issues.

This usually happens when your frame/artboard is not placed on whole x and/or y pixels. To prevent this from happening, be sure to turn on Snap to pixel grid.
