Hi all


Would massively appreciate any help on this topic.


Last month I upgraded my account from free to professional. None of the features changed and all my projects still have " UPGRADE to PRO" after for more files or page limits.


I contact support but neer get anything back 😕

@darragh - Did you get help with this? I’m facing the same issue (even over a year after you had yours). Any advice if there’s anyting that can be done on our end? Or is this a Figma bug/issue that they need to resolve for us?

Darragh was having issues receiving our emails, but ultimately, the most common reason we see users unable to access Professional features is that the file they’re working in is not located in the Pro team they upgraded.


If this is the case you can Move files and projects to the team you upgraded to access your Pro features there.

Be sure to use your Figma account email, include a link to the file, and share edit access with support-share@figma.com, so we can take a closer look and see if we can spot the problem.
