Parsing the Figma .fig files

Hello,

We have developed internally a decoder which decodes Figma files to generate ARINC 661 content from the Figma content.

I know that this is not supportted by Figma because *the format can be changed in any time* , but are there any “patent” restrictions on this if we own the Figma files (which means that we designed the files ourselves).  I’m thinking of copyrighted content for example. We are thinking of open sourcing the generic code we use.
