Hello, 

We have encountered an issue with a paid plugin in our team workspace.
One of our team members cannot see or access a plugin that was purchased for the entire team.

We have already tried:

  • Logging out and logging back in.

  • Restarting the Figma app / clearing browser cache.

  • Reinstalling the plugin.

Could you please help us resolve this?

Is your team member still having issues with the paid plugin?

If so, has the team member also purchased the plugin? Please note that while you can save paid plugins for all members of your organization, users will not be able to use the resource until they purchase it.
