Organisation members access

I have a Figma file that I shared with colleagues in my organization. I set the access to “Organisation ABC,” and it shows that “Org members can access this file via link or through the file browser.” However, people are still being prompted to request access to the file. Could someone help me understand why this is happening? Thanks.

To investigate why the file is behaving this way, I recommend reaching out to our support team with the URL of the file in question.

Would you be able to share the URL of the file in question privately with our support team via this form?: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Please make sure to provide the following information:

  1. Please use Figma account email address
  2. The URL of the file (If you try accessing the file via the browser, you should be able to obtain the URL from the browser’s search box.)
  3. The email address of the user who encountered the access request prompt

This would greatly assist our support team in addressing the issue.
