Is there a way to copy Design files and paste it in another project folder, or a option to copy to <Folder Name> just like we have Move to..?

Hey @Kumar Niraj! Just to make sure I’m understanding correctly are you trying to copy a design file into a different project?
This is already possible:
- First, duplicate the file: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038511533-Duplicate-or-copy-files
- Then move the duplicated file into the project you want: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038511573-Move-a-file
There isn’t currently a single “copy directly into another project” action, so duplicating and moving the file should work.
