I’ve seen others posting similar issues with suddenly not receiving email notifications from comments in Figma files – despite having all notifications on both at the account level and on the file level – but no steps outlined to fix the problem. Any thoughts or helpful tips?

As a reminder about comments via email notifications, if you are the owner of a file, you will receive email notifications for all comments by default. If you are not the file owner and leave two or more comments on a file, you’ll be notified about all new comments that file receives.
Also, can you please check if your IT department or email administrator has a filter set up that’s filtering out emails from our domain.
You’ll want to reach out to your IT admins to either have them safelist our domain, or remove that filter so that the emails do arrive successfully.
