No response from Figma Education

Hi,

I’m posting here because I haven’t received any response from Figma Education support yet, so I’m hoping someone from the team or the community can help me out. (I’m sending this from another account I also have without any educational advantages nor my files)

The email address currently linked to my Figma account can no longer receive emails outside of its workspace. Because of that, I’m basically locked out of receiving important messages.

I do have another fully functional educational email address (the one I’m using to post this), and I’d like to know if it’s possible to replace the old email with the new one on the same Figma account, without losing my educational status.

I already tried reaching out via email but got no response so far, which is why I’m posting here. Any help or clarification would be appreciated 🙏

I understand there are two main concerns: (1) updating the email address tied to your Figma account, and (2) making sure your Education status isn’t impacted by that change. Since you are unable to receive emails for the email address outside of its workspace, this is a reconfiguration that our support team will have to assist with.

Just to be clear :
I have an account with “[redacted by moderator to remove personal information]”, but this email can’t receive emails anymore. So I would like to change it with “[redacted by moderator to remove personal information]” but I don’t have access to my account now…
Also, this account is another one I created just to talk to the forum with a non-educational mail
