I’m posting here because I haven’t received any response from Figma Education support yet, so I’m hoping someone from the team or the community can help me out. (I’m sending this from another account I also have without any educational advantages nor my files)
The email address currently linked to my Figma account can no longer receive emails outside of its workspace. Because of that, I’m basically locked out of receiving important messages.
I do have another fully functional educational email address (the one I’m using to post this), and I’d like to know if it’s possible to replace the old email with the new one on the same Figma account, without losing my educational status.
I already tried reaching out via email but got no response so far, which is why I’m posting here. Any help or clarification would be appreciated 🙏
