When I try to open a shared project or an old project, I only see a dark grey background. Also, when I open a new project, the same dark grey background appears. What should I do?

Are you seeing any error message on your end? Is it happening in the browser, desktop app or both? Can you share a screenshot with me?

Also please try to force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window (or force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it.)
