No export library button for Figma Make, also can't access import Figma file from Make

as title, I’m trying to use my published library in a Figma Make project, but the export for Figma Make dialog does not pop up. Also when I click Import From Figma in Make, it does nothing. Tried closing the app and reopen but still the same. I’m on a pro education plan. Is this feature available for me? thank you

    Thanks for letting us know, ​@Annisa Avrillia! I just checked in with our Engineering team and wanted to share two quick updates:

    1) Import from Make button and workflow

    Good news here: Our Engineering team has identified the root cause and deployed a fix. Please reload your tab and try again — the Import from Figma option should now work as expected. ✅

    2) Export for Make button and workflow

    This appears to be a separate issue from the one above. To help our Technical Quality team dig in further, it’d be great if you could share access to the file where this is happening by filling out this secure form.

    When you do, please include:

    • a link to the file where you’re seeing the issue
    • Can edit access for support-share@figma.com
    • a short screen recording showing the issue in action.

    Thanks so much for your help — it really makes a difference in helping us get to the bottom of things! Please let us know if you notice anything else.

    If this is happening in the desktop app, could you please confirm that you’re running the latest version (build 125.8.9 or later)? You can also double-check your system compatibility here: Figma System Requirements.

    If the issue happens in the browser version, please let us know which browser and version you’re using, that’ll help us narrow it down.
     

    Our Technical Quality team would be happy to take a closer look at what’s going on. You can reach out to them via this form, when reaching out please include:

    • A file link (invite support-share@figma.com with “can edit” access — this won’t affect your billing), and

    • A short screen recording showing what happens when you try to export or import

    I’m already in contact with the support. Let’s hope this issue gets resolved quickly.
    Regarding your other questions, I’m on the latest build: 125.9.10
    Happens also in Safari 26.0.1

      Hi ! 
      Same here, no export to make and even after publishing, no modal to export to Make.
      Same on Desktop app (latest update) and Web

          Been trying to figure this out for weeks. Not seeing any of our libraries in Make. Finally realized that the thing that looks like an ad is actually the UI for this. But my button is gray. Why is that?
