[Need help] Negative space grid (partial duplicate of the inactive one topic)

Sorry for a duplicate topic, the original one was not active and not specific enough.

I want to make negative space and so that the space clearly corresponds to the grid in terms of the number of columns and rows, so that there are only four guides taken into account.

Is there any plugin or something for it?
