Здравствуйте! В браузерной версии не запускаются плагины. Помогите пожалуйста с решением проблемы.

Yes, they also don't work in the desktop version. Yesterday they stopped working after lunch. HELP!!

We don't currently offer support in Russian on Figma Forum, so I hope it's okay that I'm replying in English.

If this is still happening, here are a few things worth trying:

  1. Try a different browser or incognito mode: This helps rule out any extensions or caching issues. Our supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge: What are the system requirements for Figma? → Browsers and operating systems.
  2. Try a different network: Switching to a different internet connection (Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot) can sometimes clear things up.
  3. Check with the plugin creator: Since plugins are built by Figma community members, the creator is best positioned to help troubleshoot plugin-specific issues. You can find their support contact on the plugin's homepage.

If none of that helps, the following details would help me investigate further and track reports:

  1. Error messages: Are you seeing any specific errors, or can you describe the steps leading up to the issue?
  2. Browser type and version: Which browser are you using?
  3. Figma Desktop App version: If you're on the Desktop App, are you running version 126.3.12 or later?
  4. Screen recording: A brief recording of what you're seeing would be really helpful.
