My rotation cursor isn't showing up on hover - why?

I’m getting it too now. 

Did anyone figure out how to solve this? I see some other users in the comments had this issue a few days ago. Advice would be appreciated. 

Also a Mac user.

I also noticed the resize cursor no longer shows. I’m still able to scale a rectangle, but the rotate cursor is a quick blip on hover and completely unusable.

Sorry for the delayed response! Like my colleagues, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue on my end either.
