My project disappeared

Hello, the work I was working on suddenly disappeared yesterday. I wasn't on the move, and I looked at the project and the trash can, but it's not in there

I also left a 1:1 inquiry (#1788905) because it's an important work piece and needs to be restored as soon as possible. When will it be processed? Has anyone experienced the same problem as me?

    I understand that you’re unable to locate your work and that it’s not appearing in the trash either — I can imagine how concerning that must be, especially since it’s an important file.

    I was able to locate your support ticket (#1788905) and have escalated it to the relevant team for priority review given the urgency.

    In the meantime, you may want to try a few quick checks:

    • Make sure you’re logged into the correct email account

    • Check Drafts

    • Click into All workspaces and review any workspaces you belong to

    • Use the search bar to look up the file name (even a partial name can help)
