One of my design files is missing, and this file is very important to me since it contains all my design work. I am the only file owner, and I didn’t delete my file, and I am using the right account to access it.
I recently tried to access it through my browsing history, but it now says I need to request access, which is really strange because I’m the only owner of this file. After I clicked “Request Access,” I did not receive a notification because I am the only person who can access the file. I just opened it last Monday. I have contact with the Figma support team and got very general email response today suggesting that I delete the file so I could find it in the trash. However, I’ve mentioned several times that I did not delete it and it is not in the trash. After I replied quickly to clarify, I didn’t receive any further response. I don’t mean to interrupt, but this file is very important because it contains key design work that I need to show in an upcoming interview. I would really appreciate it if this could be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible. Could someone please make my ticket a priority?
