My Figma design file is gone. I didn't delete it, and it's not even in the Recycle Bin. Please recover it immediately. Please save me.

Hey ​@김서연, thanks for reaching out! Let’s try a few steps to track it down:

1. Check your deleted files:
   Go to your Drafts > Deleted page and see if it’s listed there. If you find it, you can right-click the file and select Restore.

2. Check for moved files:
   If this was a shared file, it’s possible that a teammate might have moved it to a different project.

3. Confirm you’re in the right account:
   Make sure you’re logged into the Figma account that originally had access to the file. You can switch accounts from the top-right or top-left corner of the file browser.

If you happen to have a file link or URL from a previous version of the design, that would be really helpful for us to investigate further. You might be able to find it by checking:

• Your browser history

• Old messages or conversations where you may have shared it

• The File > Recently Closed menu in the Figma desktop app

Once you have that link, please share it here (or DM it to me if you prefer not to post it publicly), and I’ll can investigate further!

Do you happen to have any collaborators who might still have access to the file or a link to it? If so, could you check with them to see if they can share the URL?
