All my drafts are deleted after moving 1 draft to the team space. I can’t other drafts. Links show 404.

Can you double check if you can find these files in the draft space of the particular team you have moved? It may be possible that you have moved these files to another team, and need to request an access ‘Can Edit’.
(As reminder, the main difference is Drafts are now associated with a team, rather than a user. Now, each team you’ve joined has its own Drafts section. More information in this article: here )
Please also check if these files are in a team that you might have deleted? (If so, please check your email, you should be able to restore it).
Or, there are part of another team that someone may have deleted?
If you can’t still have access to them, please let me know and I will redirect you to the support team via email (with your Figma email account) to investigate further. (You will need to provide the URLs of the files you want to appear in your draft folders). Thank you!
