Multiple navigation streams happening in parallel to eachother, yet independent on a single screen

I’m designing a prototype of a tablet screen that will have three (or more) independent navigation frames. It could essentially be thought of as having 3 phone screens right next to eachother on a single tablet screen doing unrelated things going down different paths that don’t effect eachother. Is this possible for prototyping?
