Either dropping the video to the file or doing it through fill/place image video the video doesn’t work in the file only in preview through Fill. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks a bunch!

Hi @Evgeniya_Itkis can you make sure the video meets the requirements noted here. Also make sure the MP4 is not an audio-only file. I would also suggest trying different browser or clearing your cache to see if that helps.
