Moving files from Education to a Enterprise account

Hi,

I am trying to move files and projects into an Enterprise account with different workspaces and teams.

Is there a way to do this as I have tried to move file and even though there is edit access on the files it is not working.

Hey ​@Sonia10! Based off of your initial post, I’m not quite sure, since there are a lot of factors that need to be considered.

You mentioned you have an enterprise account -- are you trying to move an older account, and then into a new account that’s been upgraded to Enterprise? Apologies if I misunderstood.

However: when it comes to file/project/teams movement or changes, our support team will need to intervene. It looks like you were able to file a ticket with us already, and I boosted the priority. Someone should be in touch with you shortly!
