I’m trying to create this toggle. The overlapped area is its own component, since I don’t want it to change when the # of items of being updated and affecting the size/padding of the pills. I added an auto-layout and set the overlapped area to “ignore.”

However, that part is now sitting on top of the other frames, even though it’s below them in the Layers panel. How do I keep it beneath?
