I have accidentally created a file in a client’s paid organisation where I have guest access. I have added a lot of important comments in the file. How can I now move the file from the client organisation’s paid plan to my personal free plan and keep the comments?

If I download the file it loses the comments, and the same if I try to copy/paste the frames to a new file.

What can I do?
