Question

many files disappeared from my account suddenly

Few of my draft files disappeared suddenly and when I tried to re-open recently closed tabs; its showing “not found (404)” The files where created by me and were accessible only to me. some of these files are still Untitled. They were my last 5 months hardwork; kindly help me out ​@Support_Squad ​@Figma_Support ​@Celine_D

    Hi! A few things you could try:

    • Try using ‘Incognito mode’ or clearing cookies in your browser.

    • Check the ‘Trash’ tab, just in case they were accidentally deleted.

    • If you’re using the Figma desktop app, try reinstalling it.
