I just discovered that almost 50% of my files are publicly accessible. I’m wondering if new Figma/Figjam files are public by default??? 😳

  1. Is there a way to make sure all new files are only available to the “Team” and not to "Anyone"?
  2. Is there a way to edit the sharing for all files in a team or project?

@Patrick44 If you are part of an org, you can set the settings for sharing when clicking the “share” button from your project folder.

But beware – we recently discovered that if you start a new file from your Recents or Drafts, it defaults to public. And if you then move the file to an org folder, it doesn’t inherit the sharing settings so the file remains public.
