Manage Billing invoice

Hello, 

 

We are writing to understand how to manage the number of full seat in our Figma profile Enterprise. 

 

Now we have 13 full seat, but we use just 9 of them. Tomorrow 20th March 2026, there will be the renewal of our plan, but we would like to cut the number of full seats. 

 

We don’t find the section where to manage the number of full seats, but we already have changed the type of access and seat for all the members: 9 full seats and all the others are viewers.

 

Can you confirn that the invoice will be contain just 9 full seats in this way?

 

Please tell us how to manage it because we don’t have a support email or contact.

Hey ​@marketing e comunicazione - sorry for the trouble. First, I do want to note that as a forum moderator, I’m not able to review account billing, or manage any seats directly on my end. 

With that said, if you’re not seeing where to manage seats, this indicates 2 things:

  • Whoever is looking for the area to manage seats is not the billing admin (only billing owners can change seat count)

  • Your plan is an enterprise one, on an annual basis.

I’m thinking it may be the latter --  I did some searching, and it looks like you are subscribed to an enterprise plan. I did also locate an open ticket you filed to have this reviewed already as well.

In your case, your AM + our support team will need to assist you further. I’ve gone ahead and confirmed that your ticket is escalated, and someone will be in touch soon. Thank you for your patience.
