Main Component Changes Not Reflecting in Instances Across Files

Is anyone else facing an issue where changes made to a main component in one file are not reflected in its instance when copied to another file? Even after selecting “Reset all changes” in the instance, the updates to the main component don’t seem to apply.
Would appreciate any insights or solutions!

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out! A troubleshooting step that may help regardless is a quick action called “regenerate all instances”. Can I have you try the following:

  1. Open your file
  2. Navigate to the search bar in the top left file menu drop down
  3. Search for “Regenerate All Instances”
  4. Run this command

If it doesn’t work, can you try “Repair component connections”?
