Mac

Hey @엔셀라 , Celine from the Community Support team at Figma here. I don’t speak Korean, hope it’s fine I continue in English!
Since this started suddenly yesterday and is affecting both the desktop app and browser, even after reinstalling the font installer, I'd like you to try one more thing before we look further.

    On your Mac:

    1. Open Finder → Applications → Utilities → Activity Monitor.
    2. Search for FigmaAgent in the CPU tab.
    3. If it's listed, select it, click Stop, then Force Quit.
    4. Restart your Mac, then reopen the Figma desktop app (this relaunches the agent fresh).

More information in this Help Center article: Troubleshoot the Figma Font installer.

If your local fonts are still not detected after that, please submit a bug report through the Support Hub → Type "Report a bug, Contact an agent" → Click "Start a chat" → select Enter and follow the prompts.

    • a screen recording of the issue
    • the URL of an affected file, with Can View access granted to support-share@figma.com
    • your macOS version and Figma desktop app version

This will help our team reproduce the issue and investigate further, thank you!
