I have a problem. When I export an image as a jpg format at 3/4x it’s still quality low. So, How can I solve this? I saw everyone’s solution and tried to same thing that I saw in this community but it’s still the same. That’s why I can’t upload my portfolio. So what is the solution?

Great that you’ve tried out suggested solutions from the Forum.
Have you also read about the limitation in Figma where images that have at least one dimension greater than 4096px are intentionally downsized when they are imported (Add images and videos to design files)? This limitations is in place to help prevent cases where importing an extremely large image can cause a file to exceed the browser memory limits.
To work around this, you can crop the exported file vertically and import it in separate smaller images under the downsizing limit.
