Saya kehilangan berkas Figma saya, bagaimana cara mengembalikannya?

Hi Ellycia, thanks for reaching out to the community!
I had a look on the backend and noticed that you already contacted our support team on 21 August about your missing file. Our agent replied to you on 27 August, could you check your inbox when you get a chance?

For context, the file you sent to the agent has been deleted along with the team named “WORKSPACE | 10 TKJ 1.” We recommend reaching out to that team owner to request restoring the team and files.
More information in our guide on how to restore a deleted team.

If you’d like, you can also reply directly to your support ticket (#1478611), it will reopen automatically, and we’ll be happy to assist you further! Thank you
