Lost and regained Figma access

I was out on PTO and for some reason lost access to Figma [through my company]. Came back, asked for access and they granted it to me. As a result I lost all my starred list along with other lists I have made. I lost edit access to almost all files including ones I have created myself. I logged in with incognito and nothing changed. Anyone know what could have happened? How to get back my original access to files? How to repopulate my lists?
