Lost access to my previous Figma account (urgent) and

We are using a Figma Professional plan.
The email associated with the account was deleted and later recreated with the same address and domain (sergio.mendez@servifacil.com.mx)
The account still exists, but password reset emails are not being received.
We need assistance recovering access or migrating the files to another account.
