Lost access to my personal files stored under a corporate email account

Hello!

I recently left my job, and it’s only after that I realized that all my personal files are actually stored within the same account associated with my corporate email address. 🫣 (who would have thought, I always had the impression that it’s under my personal email address since those are under starter plans...)

Not sure if you guys can help to transfer the files into my personal account?
