Lost access to Figma Design Tools

I understand that you upgraded from the free Starter plan to a Professional team and selected a Collab seat, and now you’ve lost access to Figma Design tools.

What you’re experiencing is expected. A Collab seat only includes view/comment access in Figma Design. To create or edit design files, you’ll need a Full seat instead.

Ok, but why in free starter plan I could use and access Figma Design Tools?

This should be communicated way more clearly! Experiencing the same thing.
