Just to clarify, when you opened the same page of the same file on Windows, were all the interactions on that component disappearing?

Could you also tell us if this issue is happening on the desktop app, in the browser, or both?

If this issue is occurring on the same page of the same file, a good first step would be to check if your interactions were saved in a previous version of your file.

If they were, is it possible for you to restore that version without losing a significant amount of your recent work?
