Library asking to Publish thousands components after changing page names

Hello everyone, I updated names of the pages while re-organising an existing library. Now Figma is asking to publish thousands components that are in the library, even if I didn’t change any.
Is this something that is supposed to happen because of changing the pages names?
Should I proceed with publish?
