Quick question about the layout grid. So say I have 3 objects, I turn Auto layout on and select Grid and then set the Grid to 3x1. I go into my Grid settings and set each grid item to hug and the rows to Hug.
Everything is super.
But then...I think you know what? I want a 1x3 Grid! So I change it and it works great, yay!
Then I’m like: “omg that is lame, I need to return to 3x1!” So I go back into the Grid property and I try to change back to 3x1 and when I try, Figma is not cooperative. Figma says nope, and sometimes it reverts to 3x3 or 3x2. And the items stay in the left column.
And no matter how I try I can’t use the Grid property to go back to 3x1, unless I drag my items into those positions then change it in the grid property, or by deleting grid rows.
So ultimately my question is: why can I go from 3x1 to 1x3, but not back again? Whyyy!?
