layer Feature Not visible in the right panel

in Figma on the right panel there is feature " Layer" user need it when he create a boolean and wants to connect it to an object, why its missing in my right panel, i have the paid virsion Dev Mod

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Are you using the new UI? If so, you should see an "Appearance" section instead of "Layer."

    You can learn more about the new UI here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/23954856027159-Navigating-UI3-Figma-s-new-UI. 

    If you're using the new UI and the section is still missing, could you please share some screenshots so we can take a closer look?
