Long story short - developers cannot see in Dev Mode whenever an element has a static/fixed/sticky position set.
It’s not listed anywhere on the right-side panel or in the layers panel. Even fixed layers are merged into a single group.
It’s quite lame that I have to check if some properties are marked in the Dev Mode (paid) and eventually fill the gaps with comments.
